Connecting to a Meeting or Class from Home or Work

Follow these steps to connect to your meeting or class as an attendee.  If you are hosting a meeting and need initial setup instructions, please click here.

  1. Please test your speed by visiting SpeedTest.net and clicking “Go.” After the test completes, if you are getting download and upload speeds greater than 1Mbps, you should be able to connect.

Note: If you will be speaking or presenting, please ensure you are using either a headset or earbuds to provide the best audio quality for your listeners. Using your device’s built-in speakers can cause feedback and you to be poorly heard by others. Also, if your Wi-Fi signal is poor or you are in an area with several Wi-Fi devices, we suggest, when possible, you use an Ethernet cable connected to the wall or your modem for best quality.

  2. If you were provided with a connection link, please click or tap on it and follow the instructions to connect to your meeting or class. If you were provided a 9, 10, or 11 digit meeting ID, click here and enter that ID to be guided into the meeting.

If you experience any issues connecting, please call 859-622-3000 and ask for E-Presence assistance or send us an email.
