Licensed Zoom Account Request Form
When logging into E-Presence, users are set up with a Basic Zoom account by default. You may need features of a Licensed account (formerly referred to as Pro) if you are teaching classes or hosting group meetings. For differences between the Licensed and Basic Zoom accounts, please refer to this page.
Do NOT use this form to request a Licensed account if you are one of the following:
- Teaching E-Presence classes, teaching E-Presence Dual Credit classes, Regional Campus faculty or staff, or Regional Stewardship staff. Please contact us to have your Licensed account enabled.
- Faculty using Zoom for online instruction. Please contact Nancy Davis in Academic Affairs to get your account upgraded.
Zoom at EKU is funded by Regional Programming. To provide users with a Licensed account, they are asking other departments at EKU for a budget transfer of $25 per account per year. Note: Zoom will charge $180 per account per year if you obtain an account directly through them.
