Wireless Screen Sharing from a Different Device
If you are in a class or meeting that is hosted on the in-room video conferencing equipment (such as in an E-Presence class) and want to share content that is on a different laptop, you can wirelessly connect your laptop to share its screen for all attendees. Connecting this way disables your camera, microphone, and speakers but only shares your screen. To share a laptop's screen in a class or meeting wirelessly to the in-room video conferencing equipment:
- Install and login to Zoom on the laptop.

On Zoom's home screen, click "Share screen."

Enter the meeting ID and click "Share."

Select your screen that you wish to share. If you are sharing anything with audio, click the "Share Computer Sound" checkbox before starting the screen sharing.
